Founder and Senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss the rape lawsuit filed against him by Busola Dakolo.
The COZA founder who asked for dismissal of the lawsuit on grounds of incompetence and frivolity, also demanded to be awarded N50m as damages.
Pastor Fatoyinbo filed the objection notice before Federal High Court, two weeks after Busola through her lawyer Pelumi Olajengbesi, approached same court, demanding for a clearly worded apology on the front page of at least two national newspapers and two national television stations for seven days running consecutively.
