
A Nigerian man has narrated how a police officer shot his car's tyres while on his way to the bank to withdraw money for food for his family amid the lockdown over Coronavirus in Anambra State. The Anambra indigiene identified himself as Muokwe Henry Jones and also disclosed that the incident occurred in Umunze community of the state. The man who disclosed that he pleaded with the police officers to allow him withdraw some money to take care of his family, said the security operatives insisted that he must settle them before his car tyres were shot. He further disclosed that the police officer behind the act accused him of defying the state government's order on no movement over the outbreak of Coronavirus. Muokwe also alleged that the policeman threatened to kill him thereafter. The policeman he accused of shooting his tyres was also seen capturing the incident with his phone.
